Topic:

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Technology is an emerging state of the art practice in transportation used to help streamline multiple workflows and reduce costs for mapping, monitoring, analysis, and data gathering. The value of UAV technology can be realized in many aspects of GIS, Surveying and Engineering including 3D surface modeling, high resolution aerial imagery, 3D point cloud creation, visual impact mitigation, site remediation, 3D volume change, construction monitoring, safety compliance and many other uses.  Mr. Santovasi and Mr. Brock will share their experiences and perspectives with this important technology.

Annual memberships are set to expire at the end of the calendar year. 2017 Memberships may be renewed for $10 through the KCITE Member Area page by logging in and clicking on "member dues" on the left side of the page.

Fajita Buffet catered by Elite Cuisine - Mesquite grilled chicken, and steak, with sauteed peppers and onions.  Served with soft tortillas and tortilla chips, refried beans, rice, and fajita toppings.
