Synchro 9.0 Features: Including a Look-Back to Version 8.0 will focus on the several new features that have been added to Synchro & SimTraffic with the release of Version 9.0. The focus of this Webinar will include a demonstration of the new features including enhanced signal optimization capabilities, detailed measures of effectiveness (MOEs) tables, quicker intersection coding, and improved graphical interface with custom toolbars and view ports. In addition, this webinar will also highlight some of the key features from Version 8.0 that are also included with Version 9.0.

Instructor: Michael Trueblood, P.E., PTOE

Mr. Trueblood has over 22 years of experience as a transportation engineer with experience in the areas of traffic operations, transportation planning, roadway and traffic design. He has served as a project manager/engineer for transportation corridor studies, route location studies and traffic impact studies for residential, commercial and mixed-use centers. He has extensive experience with transportation modeling and traffic simulation of both signalized arterials and freeway corridors. He has written several articles regarding the use of SimTraffic, CORSIM, and VISSIM. Mr. Trueblood is also an Adjunct Professor at Missouri University of Science & Technology (MS&T). Currently, Michael works as a Senior Traffic Engineer with Trafficware where he oversees the day-to-day activities ranging from development to support related issues.
